Did you know that Hamilton was reason Nico retired?

Nico Rosberg finally opens up on the title win and relation relationship with Lewis Hamilton. If you read about there relationship on the forums you will find that Nico always wanted to be the best but Lewis was naturally an achiever and made him feel like not gifted.

We can find that the duo were never friends in the first place

Rosberg admits that they could not be as close as they once were.
"We were best friends 15 years ago and, for sure, I still have that base respect And the environment means you can't be friends. We're just fierce rivals and fighting it out there for the championship all the time, you can't be friends."

Now what he said after this is the most important statement
"As long as one guy doesn't accept 'ok, youre better, I'll be second' you can't be friends - it's just difficult."

This statement says volumes if you are a psychologist, because it shows that the whole title showdown for Nico was to prove to himself that he is better than Lewis.

Why you ask, Nico was having this bitter enmity towards Lewis?

Like they say it goes to the childhood of the person and the events that make the man. Having come up short to Hamilton in their title duels in first karting and then in the previous two seasons at Mercedes, Rosberg said he takes extra satisfaction from finally finishing ahead of the Briton. So the reality of the situation is that he used the greatest stage 'Formula 1' to prove to himself that he is better than the dummy.

He goes on to say "It''s the tough moments and the losses which we need to try and use and grow stronger and come back, push and reap motivation and more determination."
And we all remember the Capgate.

"That was not nice at all and was very, very tough again. Then I spent two days nearly alone in the hotel room thinking and came to the conclusion I really don't want to experience that again and I'm going to give it everything I can and not leave a stone unturned to try and avoid a situation like that again."

THE REASON HE RETIRED WAS THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO LOSE THE TITLE TO HAMILTON, WHICH WOULD UNDO THIS VICTORY.

I bet you if  it was someone else, this would not have been the case. Hamilton was like a prodogy that he wanted to prove that I am better than you. That's all there is. The family reason is an added bonus. All the other reasons are just to hide this fact.
